SALSA – Beginning Level
Learn this hot, #1 most popular nightclub dance from expert instructors. The popularity of this dance stems from its easy but quick basic step patterns along with the pulsating rhythm of the music. The combination is dynamite! The name “Salsa” is derived from the Spanish word for that spicy “hot sauce”, which describes both the mood of the music and the steps that you’ll learn in class. Salsa is a mixture of various elements of rumba, mambo, cha cha, and other Latin dance forms. But it looks sexier and more flashy, and characteristically dancers can add little embellishments and kicks to it.
SALSA – Intermediate Level
Learn the coolest moves to the hottest dance! Take your dancing to the next level. Learn tricks & tips to improve your role as either a leader or follower. Each week you will learn new moves you can try on the dance floor, as well as creative ways to combine them and mix them up. Increase your salsa steps so you and your partner are never bored. The goal of this intermediate-level class is for you to be able to dance with ANYONE, and for you and your partner to look amazing on the dance floor. Taught by Janice & Ron.

NIGHTCLUB 2-STEP – Beginning Level
Not to be confused with Country Western 2-Step, the Nightclub 2-Step is one of the most romantic of all the social dances. Nightclub 2-Step can be danced to all the romantic love songs you hear on the radio, including all slow romantic ballads, any slow 4-count pop songs, and even slow Country Western music, such as “Lady in Red” and “On the Wings of Love.” It's beautiful, playful and easy to learn! Stop dancing the old “hang and sway”, and easily learn the most beautiful graceful flowing moves on the dance floor! This is the instructor’s favorite dance, and a class that is not to be missed! If you're a romantic at heart (or would like to be), this dance is for you.

CHA CHA – Beginning Level
Cha Cha is an exciting Latin-style dance which has an upbeat, infectious rhythm, and a character that is fun, flirty, and playful. Cha Cha gathers its personality, character, rhythm, basis, and charm from Salsa/Mambo and Swing, and several cha cha steps can be applied to these other dances. The music is slower than Salsa, but the basic footwork is more intricate (but easy to learn!) Cha Cha’s continued popularity can be heard in today’s modern music of Ricky Martin, Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, as well as many other popular musical groups.

Some dance experience is expected to take this class, as we will teach this class at an intermediate level.
